The goals of Wake Forest School of Medicine Faculty Mentoring Program are to:

• Promote the value of mentoring for all faculty
• Provide a variety of educational resources to help mentees and mentors succeed
• Help mentees find the right mentors to help achieve their mentoring goals
• Help mentees and mentors track their mentoring relationships
