Our Program

Our faculty program aims to bring together small groups of about 8 people with similar focus or backgrounds to create a supportive environment for faculty to discuss and develop their goals. A trained facilitator works to keep the sessions structured, positive and beneficial while drawing from the diversity of experiences within the group. Cohorts generally consist of 6 sessions spread over 8-12 months.
